The Scientific Committee of KSGE International Conference 2024 cordially invites you to submit abstracts. Abstracts should be submitted online via abstract submission system through the website no later than deadline. Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. And submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Presentation Type

  • E-Poster Exhibition
  • Surgical Film


Abstract Preparation
  • Abstract title - Limited to 125 Character
  • Abstract text - Limited to 500 words, including acknowledgements.
  • We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
  • Abstracts must clearly state:


• Purpose or Background • Method or Case • Results or Progress • Conclusion or Discussion


Affirmations
  • I understand that if this abstract is accepted, KSGE will hold the copyright.
  • The Abstract Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the sole owner or has the rights of all the information and content ('Content') provided to the KSGE International Conference 2024 (Hereafter: “The Organizers‘). The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third-party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
  • I understand and confirm that if this abstract is accepted, the organizers have legitimate interest to publication (e.g. Congress website, program, other promotions, etc.)
  • I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
  • In case of unsuccessfully applying for oral presentation I will accept a e-poster exhibition & surgical film.
  • I affirm that if this abstract is accepted for Oral presentation / E-Poster / Surgical Film, at least one of the authors will register for KSGE International Conference 2024, by the given deadline (August 31 (Sat.)).
  • This abstract contains work that is original and has not been previously published in a journal.
  • I herewith confirm that the presenting author should be notified about the status of the abstract. He/she will be responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract
  • The Organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.


Oral Presentation Guidelines
  • Selected abstracts from submitted Oral abstracts will be given the opportunity to present in the Featured Oral Presentations Session.
  • Presenters must complete early registration.
  • Other abstracts will be converted to E-Posters after review.


Surgical Film Guidelines
  • Selected abstracts from submitted Surgical Film Exhibition abstracts will be chosen for Surgical Film presentation.
  • If it's difficult to meet the regulations, please describe the goals and intentions of the produced Surgical film in detail, including medically/clinically significant data.
  • Other submissions not selected for Surgical Film Presentation will be shown unattended in the Surgical Film Room.
  • Presenters must complete early registration.


Surgical Film Submission Method (Including title, procedure purpose, and verbal explanation of the procedure method)
  • Surgical film screening time cannot exceed 8 minutes.
  • The purpose and results of the procedure should be clearly shown.
  • File size cannot exceed 500MB, and the recommended file format is mp4. (avi, mov, qt formats are not accepted)
  • If the Surgical film includes content presented by someone other than the author or materials obtained from pharmaceutical companies and device companies, please clearly state this verbally in the Surgical film and include it in the abstract.
  • If more than 50% of the Surgical film content reflects commercial content, it will be deemed ineligible.


E-poster Guidelines
  • E-posters will be selected from submitted E-poster abstracts.
  • E-posters will be presented in electronic format.
  • Researchers' posters will be collected in advance as PowerPoint files, organized, and displayed through e-poster devices installed at the conference venue for viewing.
  • File format: MS Office PowerPoint file (PowerPoint 2010 recommended)
  • Please set the slide size to 9:16 (portrait) before working on the file.
  • Presenters must complete early registration.
